Items which are non-compliant in description or condition can be returned within the returns period. All returns must be pre-authorized in writing by a member of NSN Lookup staff. Depending on the item and the mode of non-compliance of the item, a refund, exchange or store credit will be offered.
Returns
All returns must be in the possession of the carrier within 20 calendar days of the delivery of the item to the purchaser. The items must be in the original condition as sold. All original tags and labels must still be attached.
Return Process
To return an item, first email or call us to obtain a return authorization number. Place the item in secure packaging and return to:

The send shall pay all freight charges and international shipments shall be marked as "Returned Goods" and be duty free. The return method shall be trackable.
Refunds
Accepted returned items will be processed within 7 calendar days for refund, exchange or store credit. Unaccepted returns will be notified to the customer within 7 calendar days.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Non-Cancelable Items
- Custom Products
- Consumable Products
- Electronic Products
- Software Products
- ITAR Controlled Products to OCONUS Customers
- US CCL Controlled Products to OCONUS Customers
- Any item marked or sold as non-returnable
- Chemical Products
- Radioactive Products
- Flammable or Explosive Products
- Medical Devices
- Temperature Controlled Products
Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be charged for items returned that are found to be compliant on inspection.
