4930-01-533-9830 GROUND EXPEDIENT REFUELING SYSTEM (GERS) SMALL

The Ground Expedient Refueling System (GERS)-Small provides storage, transport and issue of fuel to ground equipment and vehicles. The fuel is dispensed by an air compression system. A complete system has the storage capacity of 168 gallons using six 28 gallon bladders. It can be deployed as a complete system or tailored to meet specific mission requirements. The small GERS system will provide units and isolated sites with the means to extend the range and operating time of vehicles, equipment and weapons systems. Forklift support is required.
